The first time I attempted yoga was at home using a P90X DVD. I thought it was challenging, but never imagined I would come to love it. I didn’t step foot in a studio until late 2015 when my wife told me I HAD to try hot yoga. With my job as a prison guard, yoga has helped me deal with stress and life. I got more inspired every class. Yoga became not just an exercise for me physically, but emotionally. Recently I attended Level 1 Journey into Power Training Program in Sedona AZ led by Baron Baptiste. It transformed my practice, who I am, and the fueled my drive to teach yoga

Jessica Reavis-Christensen

Jess takes the approach that healthy and happy should be the goal of everyone she teaches. She always strives to include options for everyone so they can improve along those lines. Her goal is to offer personal challenges so everyone progresses as they should. A trainer for many years, Jess holds many different certifications.

Mallory Prise

Mallory is a Tomah native who has recently returned to the area. While living abroad in Sweden, Mallory began exploring different fitness and dance classes as a new hobby. With many years of dance training she immediately loved Barre! Mallory is also an art teacher who loves to read and travel in her spare time. Expect to see her train to become a yoga teacher at some time in the future
