The first time I attempted yoga was at home using a P90X DVD. I thought it was challenging, but never imagined I would come to love it. I didn’t step foot in a studio until late 2015 when my wife told me I HAD to try hot yoga. With my job as a prison guard, yoga has helped me deal with stress and life. I got more inspired every class. Yoga became not just an exercise for me physically, but emotionally. Recently I attended Level 1 Journey into Power Training Program in Sedona AZ led by Baron Baptiste. It transformed my practice, who I am, and the fueled my drive to teach yoga
