Sara Schauf

Sara has been practicing yoga since 2009 when the only relief she found from lower back pain was through yoga. Her journey continued by becoming a Level 1 certified yoga teacher in 2012 through Yoga Fit, a form of Hatha or flow yoga.

Now, practicing yoga brings her peace, calm and clarity from the anxiety and stress of daily demands so she can function in a manner that is her true and authentic self. Her focus is to help others learn yoga to feel more confident on a yoga mat.

Dave Frenz

After studying and practicing yoga since 2008 Dave received his yoga teachers certificate in 2013 so that he could help share yoga with the world. He is inspired by the styles of Kurt Johnsen and Chrissy Carter, who recognized that the compassion and inner spirit yoga produces are as important as the strength it cultivates. Because of the strong links to Kurt Johnsen he did the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at American Power Yoga (APY) in Dallas Texas taught by Kurt and Jayme Bushmiaer.

Yoga makes us physically stronger but at the same time develops mental control to calm us in turbulent times. I combine a unique blend of Tai Chi, Chi Gung, Flow Yoga, Philosophy and Fun! My goal is to offer poses to all levels can be customized in a class to so the intensity you need. My practice and teaching is geared to developing body, mind, and spirit.”

Dee Dee Sowle

Dee Dee has been practicing Yoga since 2003 and graduated from the teacher training program at Yoga North in Duluth, MN. Yoga North is an International SomaYoga Center specializing in Somatics. Dee Dee had many choices of where to train but it ultimately came down to finding a place where she could learn the most to help strengthen and heal others.

A believer in the mind’s ability to heal the body, yoga is her way to help retain our inner health. Yoga uses Somatics, a mind/body approach that improves health and natural well-being.

She loves sharing yoga in a way that heals, strengthens, and improves our body, mind and quality of life.
