Hot Power Yoga
is a hot yoga class for all levels of practice. This class will help you refresh your body and mind using breath, movement, and strengthening postures. In Power Flow Yoga we provide a breakdown of postures for new students while allowing advanced students to deepen their practice by offering a variety of higher level modifications. Temperature ranges from 88-92 degrees
This class is a lively mixture of dance/ballet/Pilates/and a lot of movement. Its fast paced but a fun break for all ages and levels. A full body toning class.
Is a combination of yoga and muscle conditioning. It is practiced in a heated studio and includes hand weights, toning exercises, cardio, and basic yoga postures to reshape the body. We provide the hand weights and have ranges from 1 to 10 pounds and everything in between.
Alley Cat Core
An All levels class designed to work your core and abs. The class will use a mixture of weights and other props to tone and strengthen.
Alley Cat HiiT
HiiT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and is said to be the most effective way to train. The class is mostly cardio with usually a time period of effort followed by a short rest period between each exercize
PiYo (Pilates and Yoga)
(warm) PiYo™ is a blend of Pilates and Yoga, with modifications for the group exercise environment. It offers exercise progressions to challenge all levels of fitness, from beginner to expert. A PiYo™ class will help you build strength & gain flexibility – moves fit perfectly together to form a class that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm – think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability. A class that combines Yoga with Pilates is sure to get your muscles toned and stretched. Try it once and you will be hooked! (Gym shoes are ok for this class)
(warm) This class is a flow class heated to 85-87 degrees. Because it breaks down the poses and offers in-depth alignment time, it becomes a perfect class for beginners, but allows the depth and exploration advanced students will appreciate.
SomaYoga – Healing/Strengthening Yoga
(not heated) A is a blend of somatic movement, therapeutic yoga, and classic asana linking breath to movement in a flowing sequence. By slowing the pace down, we create opportunity to refine and understand alignment, create space and opening in the body, and become aware of the subtle energy flow within us, revealing inner strength. All levels will find benefit – beginners have time to absorb the elements of a new practice, and the more advanced have time to go deeper into the asana and breath with intention and tapas.
Yoga for a Healthy Body
(not heated / gently heated) Vinyasa flow with an emphasis on breath work and alignment. All levels welcome as modifications will be offered to take your practice deeper. Each class is designed to bring a balance of strength, awareness and harmony into the body.
Live Longer & Stronger Yoga
(not heated/warm) This class builds strength by holding poses longer. The same yoga benefits as the other classes without the quick pace. Be prepared to generate a lot of heat. This class is ideal for the beginner through the advanced student. A beginning student will be able to jump right in.
(not heated) A power flow yoga class for all levels of practice. We run this class as a 45 minute class for those you want a quicker mid-day class. This class will touch on all the usual power flow elements.
(not heated) A power flow yoga class for all levels of practice. This class will help you refresh your body and mind using breath, movement, and strengthening postures. This class is similar to our Hot Yoga class but kept not as hot (83-85 degrees)
A special two week workshop that combines introduces children ages 4-6 or 7-10 to yoga through a series of fun games and lessons. There is a minimum of 5 children required, maximum of 10.
Get Started with Yoga
(not-heated) A true beginners yoga class. We will set up the yoga foundations by building the poses step by step and after a few weeks you should be confident to step into any class. This class has more in-depth pose demonstration and understanding of proper alignment.
New to Yoga
(hot, inactive offered occasionally) A hot yoga class for all levels of practice but focusing on the true beginner. We will set up the yoga foundations by building the poses step by step and after a few weeks you should be confident to step into any class.
Happy Hour Yoga
(class type varies weekly) Start your weekend in a healthy way and feel guilt free. This class will feature different teachers possibly offering a unique theme. Watch our Facebook page for more weekly details. The teacher dictates the class so check what is being offered that week.
West Coast Power Yoga
is a hot yoga class for all levels of practice. This class will follow a scripted flow for the first half of class then go into variations towards the end. Its based on West Coast power yoga styles. Temperature ranges from 88-92 degrees
100 Degree Power Yoga
is our hottest yoga class for all levels of practice. It’s the same class as Power Flow Yoga but set to a higher temperature – 100 degrees. Normally this class is taught Baptiste Power Yoga style.
Slow Flow Yoga
A flow class but with instances of the mellowness of a restorative class. A perfect wrap up, stretch-out, unwind, from the weekend.
(not heated) Geared for those 8-13 yr olds that want to develop a true yoga practice but designed for their age.
Private Yoga Instruction
Novice and experienced yogis can benefit from private yoga instruction. Customized, one-on-one, or two on one sessions allow beginners to gain knowledge and confidence quickly. Experienced students can deepen their practice, focus on areas of concern, or work toward specific goals. All private sessions are $50 for the hour long class.
